Dose

Va V Leham should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the decoction.

• Have the decoction once or twice a day
• Take the decoction along with warm milk or water
• Have the supplement with honey for effective results
• Adults can have 10-15gm of the herbal jam per day
• Children below 5 years of age will have 1-2gm of the jam
• Children between 5-12 years of age may have 5gm of the supplement
