Refund policy

A refund of the product will be offered within 3 days of delivery.

Vande Cart operates as a platform connecting sellers with customers worldwide. Our sellers adhere to the following return policies:

  1. Products with Defects or Issues

    • If the product arrives damaged or has any defects, we will offer a replacement or a refund on a case-by-case basis.

    • Customers must provide valid proof of damage or defect within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for this replacement or refund.

  2. Products with No Defects or Issues

    • If a product is returned for any reason other than damage or defect, we will refund the total amount minus shipping costs.

    • Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs to send the items back to Vande Cart’s headquarters.

    • The refund will be processed once the products are received in good condition.

  3. Dispute Resolution

    • If a return dispute arises between the customer and the seller, Vande Cart will act as an arbitrator and make the final decision.

  4. Abuse of Return Process

    • Vande Cart reserves the right to refuse service and ban customers who abuse the return process.

Cancellation Policy

  2. Pre-Orders
    When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product. At checkout, we may collect either no payment or a partial deposit, and store your payment method to fulfill and charge the remaining amount at a future date.

    • You can cancel any pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  3. Try Before You Buy
    When you choose a try-before-you-buy item, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified period to decide whether you want to keep the item. If you do not return the item within the designated period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
